I have a degree in English Language and Linguistics, a Diploma with Honors in Internet Journalism, and a Proofreading and Editing Diploma. As a member of the Editorial Freelance Association, I’ve completed expert-led training in Developmental Editing of Fiction, and worked with authors across a range of genres.

I’m a published children’s author (Ada Bell the Curious Explorer, Countdown to Christmas) and I have additional training for editing YA fiction and picture books.

I also read and report on literary and commercial fiction for an agency with offices in London and New York.

Drawing on both my writing and editorial experience, I help authors shape manuscripts to reach their full narrative potential.
